Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, pristine condition during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
